European asset manager sues 12 banks regarding Libor

Austrian asset manager FTC Capital and two of its funds filed a lawsuit against 12 banks worldwide, claiming the financial institutions collaborated to manipulate the London Interbank Offered Rate. FTC Capital said banks in Europe, Japan and the U.S. artificially depressed Libor during the financial crisis and restricted trades in derivatives based on the benchmark. Full story here
