The Pissing Tanker: Public and Anti Public-urination Activists

Watch the act of  public and anti public-urination activists: The Clean Indian:

In my view this is not the right solution to stop public-urination. I am also against public-urination but this method has lot of drawbacks. Some of them are as follows:

1. What is the guarantee that person will not do same thing again. 
2. How can 'anti public-urination activists' justified the use tanker for this purpose which run on subsidized diesel. 
3. Last but not least, What about the WATER? All of us know water is very precious and a big population all over the world did not have access of water (forget clean or not). 

That why i think anti public-urination activists: The Clean Indian should use some other method to stop public-urination.
