OpenLeaks would be headed by right hand of Assange i.e. Daniel Domscheit-Berg (Berg). Berg has left the WikiLeaks in September, 2010 due to poor interpersonal skills of Assange.
The structure of the OpenLeaks would be different then WikiLeaks. OpenLeaks will not publish Leaks itself. However, it will share the Leaks with other publishers including newspaper, websites etc.
