China's A-share market sees a record volume of IPOs

Initial public offerings on China's A-market this year totaled 327 through last week, setting a record, according to financial-data provider Wind Information. The Shanghai and Shenzhen exchanges have raised $70.42 billion this year. Regulators modified rules last month to make it easier for small and midsize enterprises to raise capital through stock offerings. Full story here
