Deutsche Bank will pay $553.6M to settle a U.S. tax case

Deutsche Bank said it will pay a $553.6 million fine to avoid criminal charges growing out of participation in tax-related transactions on behalf of its clients from 1996 to 2002. The German bank settled with the U.S. Internal Revenue Service and the U.S. attorney's office in Manhattan. Full stroy here
