Scottrade's FocusShares filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission for authorization to market 15 exchange-traded funds linked to Morningstar indexes. The funds are the U.S. Market, Large Cap, Mid Cap, Small Cap, Basic Materials, Communications Services, Consumer Cyclical, Consumer Defensive, Energy, Financial Services, Health Care, Industrials, Real Estate, Technology and Utilities index ETFs.
