Spain sells bonds while facing a threat of a rating downgrade

Spain's final debt auction of 2010 came to market on the heels of a warning from Moody's Investors Service that the country's Aa1 credit rating could be lowered in less than three months. The yield on Spain's 10-year debt peaked at a decade-high 5.56% before settling at 5.5%. Full story here
