European ministers back €78 billion rescue for Portugal

Eurozone finance ministers agreed to a €78 billion rescue for Portugal, the third aid package granted to a eurozone nation in the past year. Ministers said Portugal's government will ask bondholders to voluntarily refrain from selling down holdings. Full story here
